Sales Warrior Lesson 24: The Factors of Success

The front lines of competition are complex and dynamic. They are well described as chaotic. In every sale, there can be hundreds of issues involved.

When we develop a sales strategy, however, we don’t have to individually analyze hundreds of issues. All relevant information is connected to at least one of only five key factors. People often fail to do the proper sales analysis because they think a comprehensive analysis is too complex. When you learn front-line sales strategy, it becomes surprisingly easy.

Successful analysis depends on only a handful of relevant factors. For the purposes of strategic sales analysis, these five factors determine the eventual outcome of any sales competition. You must consider these five factors in every sales situation.
