Selling is more than sales processes and techniques, systems and software. The real art of selling is a creative act that happens one-on-one, between two people. To sell successful, you have to have product knowledge and market knowledge. You have to understand the sales process and how to use various sales techniques, but none of this knowledge will make you are great salesperson. You need something more.
