Sales Warrior Lesson 7: Competitive SuccessGood sales decisions alone don't make us successful. Good sales methods don't make us successful without good decisions. We have to put both together in order to make progress in the competitive world of sales. Our divided nature as competitors creates tension and movement as we switch between our roles of thinker and doer.
The techniques of front-line strategy are a set of methods. Once mastered, they
make you a better leader because they are decision-making tools. Their purpose
is to simplify the complex nature of competition by providing a concrete
framework for making better decisions every day.
Exercise: Write a one-paragraph description of your current sales
process. Save this description for later. |
